BEST OF 2012!

Hi guys, today I would be doing a 'Best of 2012' post. There is 3 categories to the best of 2012; Beauty, Fashion and Random.

I'm going to get right into it because I don't want this to be a super long post, so yeah. ;)

1. FAVOURITE FACE PRODUCT

I've been using Bobbi brown's luminous moisturising foundation so much this year. Not only is there good coverage, it last all day and it sets into my skin almost immediately when I apply it on my face. As promised, it is super moisturising and I normally use this during winter because my skin gets super duper dry during winter, like my skin peels so bad, and this is the only foundation that gives my skin a good coverage and doesn't make my skin peel AT ALL. It is worth the price because it has so much to offer.

I've been talking about Benefit's Porefesstional Primer so much on my blog! It is absolutely amazing and if you're trying to find a good face primer I totally recommend this product. It makes your skin so flawless and soft! Everyone who had tried this product had been really please with it and recommends it too.

Candydoll's concealer is da bomb! It covers my eye bags and blemishes so well and it doesn't dry out my skin! I'm pretty sure this is only available in Asia and it's one of the best concealer in Asia.

2. FAVOURITE CHEEK PRODUCTS

I've been loving my M.A.C Bronzer this year. It has a little shimmer to it and perfect for contouring. I was deciding between this and my hoola bronzer by benefits and I've got to say that both really does the job but I prefer the M.A.C bronzer because I use the hoola bronzer as a blush during summer as my skin gets a little darker and tanned.

My Physicians Formula Happy Booster Glow and mood boosting blush in natural is my go-to everyday blush because it looks so natural on the skin and there's a tint of gold to it when lights hit against your face. I use this every single day and I love it.

I discovered M.A.C's Mineralize Skinfinish in soft and gentle towards the end of the year and I absolutely love it! I have been using it everyday since I discovered it! It gives a bright glow to the face when applied.

3. FAVOURITE EYE PRODUCT

I love the colours in the eye-shadow palette from the summer collection by sportsgirl! It's so fun and I can create so many looks with it. From smokey eyes to fun coloured lids. Totally screams summer!

Maybelline's eyestudio colour tattoo is beyond amazing! It last all day with no creasing AT ALL. I personally have every single colour but my favourite would have to be tough as taupe because it is a matte colour and it looks so pretty on my lids and compliments brown eyes really well. Besides it's really affordable and has good quality.

4. FAVOURITE LIP PRODUCT

[Loreal's NutriShine by Colour Riche in 01 Nudy Pink]

Loreal's Nutrishine Lipstick is so moisturizing and feels like lip balm on your lips. There is a little gloss to it and doesn't feel sticky at all. Good for an everyday lip colour. Not to mention that there is a unique jelly formula included in this product that melts onto your lips to provide nourishment and replenishment.

5. FAVOURITE SKINCARE PRODUCT

[ OXY10]

I swear by this product, OXY10. It is something I have been using every single night (without fail) for 3.5 years now. I normally apply this at night right after I moisturise my face. It removes all my pimples, blemishes and redness. And I wake up the next morning and that pimple is gone! I used to have really bad acne on my forehead but after using this product, ALL my acnes are gone! It's so amazing and I totally recommend this to anyone out there having troubles with acnes. On the downside, this product dries out your skin so much and I suggest apply a little more moisturiser onto your face before applying this product :) They also have OXY5 which has lesser amount of ingredients in it compared to OXY10 and is best for those who have extremely sensitive skin.

6. FAVOURITE NAIL POLISH

[The Face Shop Pastel Range Collection- Pastel Blue, Pastel Pink, Pastel Green, Pastel Purple]

Pastel colours were really in fashion this year and we definitely can't neglect our fingers so these nail polish are great because it's so affordable and the colours are so pigmented and I only had to paint 1 layer of coat. It last probably 1.5 weeks and is really easy to remove.

7. FAVOURITE HAIR PRODUCT

[Heidi's Hear Styles Heat Protection Spray by Schwarzkopf Extra Care]

I discovered this product in December and I fell in love with it! Heidi's Hear Styles Heat Protection Spray worked really well for me. My hair is more of a normal to oily kind and this product dries up your hair a tiny-winy bit and it also smells nice but it might not work out if you have dry hair.

8. FAVOURITE BODY PRODUCT/ PERFUME

[ Elizabeth Arden Red Door Revealed Perfume]

The only perfume I have used this year would have to be my Elizabeth Arden Red Door Revealed Perfume. It has a really sweet smell to it, kind of like flowers (but not really haha) I'm really bad at describing scents but it smells absolutely amazing and kind of reminds me of the perfumes by Juicy Couture. This would definitely be a cheaper alternative.

9. FAVOURITE CLOTHING PIECE

This Werewolf Tank Top is my favourite thing and I wore it all year round! (Even in winter lol..) I could wear this top with so many different outfits. For example, I would pair this with some tights and shorts in spring or autumn.

Unfortunately, I bought this from an on line store and she only had one piece so I'm not sure where you can get this. You can try Thailand but I don't think you would wanna go to another country just to get a shirt but oh-welly!

10. FAVOURITE ACCESSORIES

I wore both of these necklaces so much this year because they were such great statement pieces and I absolutely love them! Skulls and crosses were quite popular this year and I'm honestly not a really big fan of skulls but I decided to get it anyway! Super good quality and long lasting.

11. FAVOURITE SHOES

I couldn't decide which was my favourite shoe because I love them both as much! I wore my creepers so much because they were so comfortable and gave me some height. On a plus side, the shoes were a little heavier than normal shoes so it acted as a weight when I walked so I was kind of like exercising and walking at the same time haha. I have been loving my asos flats so much because they are so comfortable and it feels like I'm walking on air. Besides, they look expensive but only cost $69+ ( I can't remember haha).
