Benefit Cosmetics Haul (+Review)

Hey guys, how have your new year been so far? Hope you are enjoying this new year!

I've been really busy setting up and designing my new blogshop's webpage and I apologize for the lack of posts.

Today I am going to do a haul of some stuff I picked up from the benefits counter.

I picked out a gift box(^) and some other items

1. The POREfessional Face Primer

This primer is the best primer I've ever used. Not only does it close up your pores, it also creates a smooth surface when applying your foundation on. Not forgetting that it gives your skin a flawless finish! A bit pricey but definitely worth it!

 2. Posie Tint (Lip and Cheek Tint)

 

This is a great blush and lip colour. Not only does it look natural as a blush, the colour stays on your lips almost all day! Some people like matching their blush to their lip colour and if you're one of them, you would understand how hard it is to find a lip colour that matches your blush. Posie tint is right for you! Perfect for everyday natural look too :)
Something I really like about cream/liquid blushes is that it blends right into your skin giving it that natural finish instead of powder blushes that sits right on top of your skin.

3. Watt's Up! Highlighter

This cream highlighter is great when I have little or no foundation on. I would probably rate this a 3/5 because you could probably get the same thing for a much cheaper price.

4. Dandellion blush

Totally loving this baby pink blush right now. It looks so so natural and I'm a big fan of anything baby pink! No doubts for this one! [PS There weren't be any swatches for this because the camera isn't doing it any justice :( ]

5. "Hello Flawless" compact powder

I have really dry skin and powder never works for my skin but surprisingly, when I tried this product out, it totally works for me! Not only does it gives a flawless look (as it claims), my skin isn't dry AT ALL. Pretty amazing!

6. Hoola Bronzer/Blush

This bronzer is my absolute favourite and I use it every single day. There is no shimmer to it at all which I love because I realized that when I use shimmery bronzers, it reflects light a lot making my face look fatter. (As you guys know, highlighters are used on the highest point of your cheekbones to make it 'stick out' giving it an illusion of higher cheekbones. Same with applying it along the bridge of your nose and on your cupid's bow.)
